Rooted in Los Angeles, the band blends layered guitar textures, deliberate rhythms, and soaring, theatrical vocals into a sound that’s both immersive and immediate. Guitarist Jean-Claude Vorgeack draws on a lifetime in underground music, while drummer Sam Ribeyro provides a steady, expressive undercurrent. Vocalist Caroline McLaughlin—trained in theater and classical voice—cuts through the haze with a presence that’s both powerful and raw.

Across a growing series of releases, Osnova has shaped a sonic identity that’s equal parts ethereal and grounded, reflective and urgent. Their work moves between slow-burning melancholia and shimmering intensity, always anchored by a sense of motion and emotional weight.
